Instructions:
1. Preheat Pellet Grill:
Set grill to 375°F using apple, hickory, or mesquite pellets for a smoky touch.
2. Prep the Corn:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil or butter with garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
3. Grill the Corn:
Place corn directly on grill grates.
Grill for 30–35 minutes, turning every 10 minutes to ensure even browning.
Corn should be slightly charred and tender.
4. Finish & Serve:
Serve hot with more butter or oil and your favorite toppings like lime, cheese, or herbs.
