Ingredients:

  • 8 oz snow peas, trimmed
  • 8 oz cremini or button mushrooms, halved or quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari (optional for umami)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
