Instructions:
1. Preheat Pellet Grill:
Set to 375–400°F using applewood, pecan, or oak pellets for mild, smoky flavor.
2. Prep the Green Beans:
In a bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Grill the Green Beans:
Place beans in a grill basket, cast iron skillet, or foil pan.
Grill uncovered for 15–20 minutes, stirring once or twice, until slightly blistered and tender-crisp.
4. Serve:
Transfer to a platter, garnish with Parmesan, lemon zest, or chili flakes (optional), and serve hot.
Pro Tips:
Don’t crowd the pan — more surface area = better char.
