Ingredients:

  • 1 lb broccolini (trim ½ inch off the stems if tough)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest + juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: red pepper flakes or crushed almonds for garnish

 Instructions:

1. Preheat Pellet Grill:

  • Set grill to 400°F using applewood, oak, or pecan pellets for light smoke.

2. Prep the Broccolini:

3. Grill the Broccolini:
